Organizational Contingency Planning Process Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gather data as part of a research effort on the adoption of a contingency planning process. We hope to determine the relationship between several selected innovation characteristics and the decision making factors involved in the adoption of a contingency planning process. In the survey below, each section is preceded by a brief explanation of what that section entails. The questionnaire contains 39 questions and should take less than 20 minutes of your time.
